Leah and Dennis are so madly in love! (Part One)

We were supposed to do something completely different for this shoot than we did but it didn't work out this particular day.  So part two will take place in January and we had fun doing what we did anyway.  Leah and Dennis are incredibly in love and happy!  You can see it in the way they talk about each other and the way they look at each other and treat each other.  They just radiate it!  They were so easy and natural together and it is so amazing to be able to photograph couples like that.  They have a beautiful little boy named Sam who joined us for a few photos that day also...what a little charmer!  We asked Leah and Dennis to tell us how they met.  It is a great love story!  Here it is!They met 10 years ago in Amsterdam.  Dennis was working in a bar called the Little Heart of Amsterdam - Leah walked in that night and as soon as their eyes met, it was love at first sight. She told her friends he was it, and he told his colleague that he wasn't going to let her leave without securing a date with her.  He was true to his word.  Dennis told her he loved her first in French and they spent holidays together in Germany, Austria, France, Luxembourg while still living in Holland.  They moved to Canada in 2007 - he immigrated; she returned. They settled in London and began building their lives here together.  Dennis started his own business, and this year she quit her teaching job to work with him. They had their amazing son Sam in 2009, built their first home in 2010 and are now living a life they never could have imagined. Dennis proposed Christmas 2010 at home with Sam - it was an intimate family affair, at their most favourite time of the year.Congratulations Leah and Dennis on your engagement.  We are so looking forward to your spring wedding!
