Tim and Kim are madly in love!

We had a great night with Tim and Kim (love that their names rhyme) when we did their engagement session.  We did their engagement photos in the park behind their home  and spent a couple of hours talking and getting to know them while doing photos.  They make an adorable couple and I have to say that Kim has some of the prettiest blue eyes I have ever seen...a beautiful steel blue.    We asked Tim and Kim to tell us their engagement story and you can tell Kim loves to tell their story so here it is in her own words."The night Tim and I got engaged is definitely one of my most favorite memories!!  Tim and I were one of those stories where we new as soon as we met that we were meant to be together!!  We had an instant connection and the rest just naturally fell into place!!  Tim is a very caring and attentive guy but romance and surprises were not his strong point!   So the night we got engaged was a wonderful surprise and such a romantic evening that I will never forget it!! We got engaged on Oct 22nd 2010 and it was a friday night!!  When I got home from work Tim was all dressed up and standing in the living room looking a little anxious!!  He told me I needed to get ready because he was taking me out for a date night and I needed to dress up!!  I was very excited because date night was not something Tim had done before!!  Once I was ready we went outside and there was a limo waiting out front for us, which floored me and then gave me butterflies because I thought something was up for sure!!  The limo drove us down town and then dropped us off at victoria park!!  I asked Tim why we were getting out here and he said the restaurant was just down the street and we were a little early so he thought we could go for a stroll in the park!!  It was a gerogous night and I love to go for nice walks but again I was curious because usually the only way to convince Tim to go for a walk is if its to Dairy Queen.  So we walked around the park a few times (4 lol)  and chatted and then he walked me over to a picnic table that was seated under the biggest tree in the park!!  He told me to have a seat and as I turned around to climb up on the picnic table he started to get down on one knee!!  He told me he had been in love with me since we met and that he couldn't imagine our lives apart!! He said some other more personal things and then asked me to marry him while holding out this amazing ring!!  The ring was actually a ring I had seen over a year ago and fell in love with and he remembered it and went back and got it!!  By this time I was of course in tears as everyone that was walking around the park stared at us smiling!!  After I of course said yes and stopped screaming he took me to the Black Trumpet where he had a fire side table reserved for a very romantic dinner!!  The meal was amazing and the whole night was amazing!!  We will both always cherish that night because it was so meaningful and special to the both of us!! It was especially meaningful to me because of how much thought Tim had put into it to make it special for me when I know planning is not something he enjoys!!  We are very much in love and are anxiously awaiting our big day in November when we finally say I do!!"We are looking forward to your wedding in November as well!  Congratulations to the two of you!!!
