Melanie and Brad’s E-Session!

We had to laugh at all the things that just didn't work out the way we planned for this engagement session.  Melanie and Brad are living in Halifax right now but will be getting married in Grand Bend this summer.  They were home over the Christmas holidays and decided they would like to have their engagment photos taken at that time.  We planned a date but on the day we had planned it rained  and not just a little rain but a lot.  So much it melted most of  the snow!  We never thought that would happen with all the snow that we had at that time.  We rebooked the session and decided to go ahead with it anyway....even without the snow.  We only had one date to do it before they returned back home so we planned to do some photos at the market but when we arrived there it was closed.  So we braved the very cold weather and tried to find as much snow as we could to give the look of winter photos.  The snow was really hard this day and icy from the rain so it made for a challenge.  We had a blast though with this very easy going couple.Melanie and Brad are in theatre and so we thought it would be cool to get some photos in front of the Grand Theatre but just as we got there a play had finished and there were just too many people out in front so that didn't work out either.  Despite all that we had a great time getting to know Melanie and Brad and we laughed a lot.  We really look forward to their beach wedding!
