Dianna and Zoran’s Wedding Day (July 3, 2010)

We were so excited for this wedding.  Dianna and Zoran make such a  gorgeous couple.  You can just tell how in love they are and not much makes me happier than photographing two people who are so in love.  Aside from that they are amazing people and friends and we were so happy to be a part of their amazing day!  I don't think Zoran's smile could have been any bigger on their wedding day!  He was absolutely thrilled to marry Dianna!  It really made our job that day easy and fun!One of the worst things that can possibly happen to a bride on her wedding day happened to Dianna.  She looked so beautiful as she walked down the aisle but as she sat down for the ceremony the zipper in her dress gave way.  At the time I had no idea that it had happened but Dianna looked concerned about something and there was some discussion going on so I wondered what was up.  As they stood for their vows Zoran put his suit jacket over her shoulders.  She stood during her vows holding up her dress and then after as they said prayer Zoran reached around her back and zipped up her dress.  Fortunately it zipped up and was not broken altogether.  He took his jacket back and it wasn't until they told me after, that I, or anyone else knew what had happened.  I felt so bad for her.  Talk about a moment of panic.  I mean seriously what would you do?Everything went great after that.  We spent a fantastic afternoon at the beach and then an awesome evening of dancing was had by all!  Congratulations Dianna and Zoran as you start your new life together.  Hope you always look at each other the way you did on your wedding day!
