Heather and Jason’s Wedding Day! (June 26, 2010)

I just want to say to start off that we love our job.  We had a great time at this wedding.  We had gorgeous weather, a beautiful ceremony and reception site and were surrounded by wonderful people.  What more could we ask for?  Was also nice to see two of my past bride and groom couples at this wedding.I just loved Heather's dress as you will quickly see.  It was so simple but elegant and yet had such beautiful detail on it at the same time.  It really suited the bride.  She looked absolutely stunning it!  The whole week before the wedding they had called for rain up until the morning of the wedding.  We not only didn't get a drop of rain but the sun came out and the weather turned out gorgeous.  It is a good thing since the wedding was outdoors and there was no rain plan.  Heather and Jason were married under  a beautiful archway at the Otter Creek Golf Club.  The club house as well as the archway were both built by Heather's stepfather's contracting company.  They did an amazing job!  It was the first wedding ever held there and it was our awesome privilege to be able to photograph it.  It is an awesome venue and we hope we will be able to photograph many more weddings there in the future!There were a few things that were unique about their wedding.  There was only one bridesmaid and one groomsmen in the wedding party.   It was really nice taking photos with just the four of them!  Their guests sat out on a beautiful patio for the afternoon having drinks and eating hors d'oeuvres.  They all seemed to be having a wonderful afternoon in the sunshine.  The bride and the groom asked that only 50's and 60's music be played at their reception.  Thought that was really unique.  Don't think we have ever seen that before!  And during their reception a pink moon appeared in the sky.  It was an amazing day and night!Heather and Jason are such a nice couple!  Really down to earth!  Hope you guys had an amazing time on your honeymoon in Greece!  Thank you so much for giving us the privilege of capturing the beauty of your love on one of the most important days of your life!
