Bohdanna and Roman’s Wedding
Bohdanna and Roman’s wedding was such a unique and fun day! We absolutely loved being a part of it. We met at the Casablanca Winery Inn in Grimsby where they were also having their wedding reception. Such a beautiful venue overlooking the lake. If you are looking for a great place to hold your wedding it really was wonderful. They didn’t really want any getting ready photos so we started off the day with them each seeing one another for their first look.
We then went to Fifty Point Conservation Area for photos of just the two of them. It was such a nice time before the busy part of their day started. Time for them to just relax and enjoy moments together. It isn’t often that we get to take photos of just the bride and groom for a while on a wedding day so it was a really nice time for us as photographers as well.
The way they smiled at each other the whole day was so beautiful. Bohdanna’s smile really lights up the room and it was really one of our favourite things about Bohdanna. Really loved photographing them as a couple. They rented a Rolls Royce that day and headed off in style to St. Catharines for their ceremony. It was such a beautiful church. There was so much colour and detail.
Their wedding was on October 31 (Halloween) but their theme was the 1920’s and everyone dressed up in that style. It was so much fun to see how their guests dressed up. Lots of boa’s, fascinators and feathers. They had a fantastic band and they even did a 1920’s first dance and had a photo booth with that theme as well. They really make a beautiful couple and we wish them many years of happiness and love!
